POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Drive sales & market share growth of Vesalio products in the defined territory drawing upon proven endovascular sales experience & exceptional territory and account management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance to meet/exceed company objectives in a defined territory:

  • Execute key sales strategies to advance the utilization of Vesalio products.
  • Achieve sales plan quotas for Vesalio products on a quarterly and yearly target
  • Map the territory and create a tactical plan to reach defined target
  • Maintain up-to-date territory account map/customer information; document all activities and progress.
  • Develop accurate annual and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Consistently report on monthly performance and activities

Drive new account evaluations and conversions:

  • Perform effective product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions to all key stakeholders
  • Train endovascular customers regarding indications, contraindications, techniques, and other tips regarding the use of devices
  • Empower your physician champion to guide Vesalio products through the VAC/VAT
  • Assist in the development, evaluation and overall quality of physician user experience of Vesalio products
  • Provide acute and consistent follow-up technical support to customers and support endovascular teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and product/case reviews with active customers to drive future adoption and competitive conversions
  • Develop, execute, and track sales motion in the sales cycles from lead to conversion
  • Exemplify the highest level of ethical business conduct and stewardship of Vesalio

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of the peripheral vascular and interventional vascular surgery space, including existing physician/account intimacy and proven high-performance sales experience.

  • 5+ years of consultative hospital quota-based selling experience in medical devices
  • Proven consistent track record of sales success exceeding quarterly and yearly sales quote (President’s Club or consistent top performer sales accomplishment rankings)
  • Proven track record of success selling across multiple customer stakeholders and physician specialties
  • Proven track record of new product launch in a competitive sales environment while developing strategies and campaigns to grow market share
  • Candidates with medical device in-service, clinical training experience, and on-call case coverage will be preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in interventional cardio, peripheral or neuro-vascular call points will be preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent job-related experience.

Computer Skills

Ease with MS Office programs and communication tools including Zoom and Teams. Comfort navigating social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X

Travel Requirements

Available and willing to work “on-call” in defined local territory and travel some weekends and evenings. More than 50% travel
