POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Drive sales & market share growth of Vesalio endovascular products in designated hospital accounts in Germany drawing upon proven neurovascular, cardiovascular and peripheral thrombectomy sales experience & exceptional territory and account management skills.
Objective:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance to meet / exceed company objectives:
- Plan and drive activities for maximum impact on sales and document results
- Map the territory and create tactical plan to reach defined objectives
- Maintain up-to-date territory account map / customer information; document all activities and progress.
- Develop annual and quarterly sales forecasts
- Consistently report on monthly performance and activities
- Make recommendations on regional/ local activities and/or investments
- Successfully enter new accounts
- Perform effective product presentations, demonstrations and technical training sessions
- Train stroke center customers regarding indications, contraindications, techniques and other tips regarding the use of devices
- Develop business and relationships in defined territories
- Perform effective product presentations, demonstrations and technical training sessions
- Provide follow-up technical support to customers and support stroke teams
- Train stroke center customers regarding indications, contraindications, techniques and other tips regarding the use of devices
- Perform effective product presentations, demonstrations and technical training sessions
- Support marketing and sales activities to drive account penetration
- Participate in industry related trade shows, conferences and meetings
- Participate in physician education workshops
- Assist in developing training, marketing or sales materials & methods, propose improvements in existing versions when needed
Other duties may be assigned including supporting additional markets or events outside territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of the endovascular space, including existing physician/account intimacy and proven high-performance sales experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in cath-lab environment as sales representative, technician / nurse or as medical device training specialist.
- Proven record of being consistent sales achiever. Top 10% sales force performer in previous sales roles.
- Candidates with medical device in-service and immersive clinical training experience will be preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or universityLanguage
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and GermanComputer Skills

Must have a valid driving permit, passport and travel-related health certificates with ability to travel as necessary to perform job. Ideally, will have legal entity to facilitate independent contractor remuneration and business expense processing.
Place of Work
This role will be focused on Germany with initial goal of developing Vesalio neurovascular and cardiovascular sales across Vesalio products in designated Germany accounts.
Place of Work
At current residence / home office in central / east Germany. Location Examples: Hessen, Thüringen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Berlin, Brandenburg, Sachsen.
Travel Requirements
Ability to cover territory with overnight hotel stays where needed More than 50% travel
