VP of Sales, U.S.



Under direction of the CEO and in close collaboration with senior management, the VP of U.S. Sales will play a crucial role in defining the U.S. commercial strategy and execution of revenue goals, development of sales team and implementation of sales support infrastructure.

He/she will be first and foremost responsible for sales generation in the U.S., and for managing the U.S. sales team.

Primary customer interactions include the physicians and staff involved in stroke interventions in the endovascular space (neurosurgeons, interventional neuro-radiologists, neurologists, cath lab technicians, nurses, etc.) while overseeing hospital and stroke center contracting and pricing.

Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor degree required.

Preferably Master of Business Administration.

Language Skills

Good oral and written communication skills in English are required.


Computer Skills

Proficiency with MS Office programs is required (Word, PPT, Excel, and database).

Ability to learn various software programs.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ten or more years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and General Management in the medical device industry
  • Knowledge of medical device development and manufacturing
  • Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and procedures, and medical terminology
  • Ability to function in an FDA-regulated environment and handle restricted, confidential, private, or personal information
